In the UK someone sadly passes away every three minutes from a heart or circulatory condition. There are many people who have been affected by heart and circulatory conditions, whether it’s losing a family member or friend to heart attack or dealing with the unfortunate after effects of a stroke.

If we team up as a community to spread awareness of these conditions, we can give more hearts a chance.
