We are currently recruiting for several Warehouse Operatives to join a well-known Ecommerce logistics company based within the Rugby area, CV21.

**Candidates must have previous warehouse experience**

Hours & Days of work:

• Shift times are scheduled between 9am and 7:30pm
• Must be flexible with working days as can include days over the weekend

Duties involved are:

• Lifting, moving, and handling goods throughout the shift
• Using a PDA for picking orders and a hand scanner when packing orders
• Loading and unloading stock
• Supporting warehouse operations and maintaining productivity targets
• Always following health and safety procedures
• Picking and packing orders accurately
• Basic computer and warehouse system operation
• Maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity

Requirements:

• Fluent in Chinese as well as English (advantageous)
• Proactive, alert, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous warehouse operative experience

Pay Rate:

• £12.71 per hour
