Shift: Days or Afternoons – fixed shift, no rotation

You will play a key role in assembling and fabricating mechanical components, products, and structures using a variety of tools and equipment—ensuring all work meets the highest industry standards within a leading manufacturing environment.

HOURS OF WORK

Days:

Monday to Thursday: 07:00–15:45
Friday: 07:00–13:00

Afternoons:

Monday to Thursday: 15:30–01:15

RATE OF PAY

£16.32 per hour
Enhanced overtime rates

Key Responsibilities

Production Welding highway products and infrastructure to precise specifications and industry standards
Safely operating overhead cranes to lift, position, and move materials
Understand work plans & visual aids
Have high standards of work and a good eye for detail
Upholding strict safety standards and maintaining a tidy, organised workspace
Preventive Maintenance of equipment to a high standard
Flexible to work in other areas of the business as required
Conducting quality inspections to ensure finished products meet specifications
Undertaking additional duties as required
