We are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Driver / Yard Operative to join our manufacturing clients expanding team in Bilston.

**ALL SUITABLE CANDIDATES MUST HAVE AN IN-DATE ACCREDITED FORKLIFT LICENCE AND PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE HANDLING LARGE LENGTHS OF STEEL**

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 15:45
  • Friday: 07:00 – 13:00

Pay Rate:

  • £14.38 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck
  • Loading, unloading and moving materials safely
  • Sorting and organising raw materials within the yard
  • Working with steel and aluminium products
  • Booking products in and out
  • Taking ownership of goods-in processes

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous yard operative experience
  • Valid, in-date accredited Counterbalance Forklift Licence
  • Experience handling large lengths of steel
  • Good understanding of health and safety procedures
  • Reliable and proactive attitude
